Far too seldom do we do something good for ourselves. In the stress of everyday life, we think far too often of others and too little of ourselves. But we should pamper ourselves much more often. With good art, for example. Because art stimulates us to think and brings our emotions to sound.

The artist Birgit Lorenz has made a limited screen print for VivaArte.online with the title "Ganz für mich". The silkscreen is handmade, signed and numbered. In the video Birgit Lorenz shows us how the screen print was created.
