Certificate of authenticity
All artwork sold on VivaArte.online come with a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist. Each work of art also comes with an autograph from the artist. Works which are part of an edition are numbered.

Invoices will be issued in euros by default. In exceptional cases and by arrangement, invoices may be settled in Swiss francs.

Shipping and insurance
Safety and service for our customers are our top priority. The transport of the purchased work of art is organized and commissioned exclusively by VivaArte.online. The works of art are usually professionally packed by the artist himself or by VivaArte.online. We work with selected shipping partners such as UPS, DHL and companies specializing in art transport.
VivaArte.online insures the purchased work of art against all risks with the world's largest transport insurance company. We send all works with an invoice amount of EUR 3,000 or more free of charge to your desired address anywhere in the world. For works up to an invoice amount of Euro 2,999.00 we only charge a small shipping fee of Euro 120.00 (worldwide).

Pop-up shop
We do not charge any shipping or insurance fees for any works offered in the pop-up shop.

Shipping within Europe will take 3 to 6 working days from the receipt of the order; shipping to other continents will take 4 to 10 working days. Any customs duties or import taxes must be borne in full by the buyer.

Returns
VivaArte.online grants its customers a right of return of 7 days in exceptional cases. The deadline is the day on which the order is received by the customer. Returns must be registered with us in due time by mail. In this case VivaArte.online will give you exact guidelines for the packaging of the work. The return order will be commissioned by VivaArte.online.
