How do you select the artworks that are for sale?"We select our artists personally and carefully. In close cooperation, we jointly determine the works for sale. We curate the selection and present it in our online art gallery.

Who can sell on VivaArte.online?All of our artists are established in their home countries. The choice of our artists is guided by our search for extraordinary, rare and beautiful objects. Is a work of art also available as a print?All works of art in the online art gallery VivaArte.online are unique. They will not be reproduced.

Is there a certificate of authenticity?VivaArte.online sells all works with a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist. Each work of art is also hand-signed by the artist. In the case of editions, the work is also numbered.

What is an edition?An Edition is the total number of identical or similar items produced or issued as a set.

Are all works on VivaArte.online for sale?All works on VivaArte.online are for sale. A work will be removed from the platform within 24 hours of being sold.

Do you offer advice?We would be happy to advise you on the choice of your new work of art. If you like the style of an artist that you discovered on VivaArte.online, but the work does not fit into the desired ambience in terms of format, theme or color, then use our free consultation service. Our team is at your disposal with many years of experience. We are happy to respond to your individual wishes and work with you to find the right work of art for your home or workplace.

Is there a charge for personal advice?Advice is a matter of course for us - there are no costs for you! It is important to us to bring art lovers and works of art together.

I would like to give a piece of art as a gift, but I am not sure which one to choose. What should I do?"Giving a work of art as a gift is a great idea! There are always occasions - for a wedding, birth, housewarming, graduation, birthday, Christmas - or just because! However, it is not easy to choose an artwork for someone else, even if you know them very well. There are two ways to give a unique gift: We are happy to discuss the taste and design of the recipient's home. We will then put together a selection for you. Another option is to give away a voucher with your desired amount.

How can I find out if you have artwork by the artist I'm looking for?"If you are interested in a particular artist, you can search their name in our Artist Directory.

How do I determine the size of an artwork?The dimensions of the work are noted directly with each picture. It is always the height x width of the image.

Does the image on the website show the exact artwork?The photograph in our online art gallery represents the original work but has no legal value. We can send you additional views of the artwork upon request.

How can I place an order on VivaArte.online?We have made the process of purchasing an artwork very simple and straightforward. Once you have decided on a work, simply click on the “Add to Cart” button. You will be redirected to your shopping cart and once you confirm this, we ask you to fill in your contact details in order to organize the delivery. We will be informed immediately about your order and will contact you as soon as possible to discuss payment and shipping with you. We will then agree on a delivery date together.

Which payment options does VivaArte.online accept?We accept bank transfers and Visa or Mastercard credit cards. In principle, all invoices are made out in euros. In exceptional cases and in consultation, an invoice can also be paid in Swiss francs.

Can I cancel my order?Yes. Your order can be canceled before the artwork is shipped. Please send us a corresponding request by e-mail. After the work has been dispatched, you can exercise your right of return within 7 days of receipt of the work. As soon as the work has been returned to the artist undamaged, we will refund you the money.

How are the artworks packaged?The purchased works of art are professionally packed by the artist himself or by VivaArte.online. We maintain a high quality standard. We individually select the appropriate packaging for each work and take the necessary precautionary measures to protect the work as best as possible.

How long are the delivery times?Once the order has been received, shipping takes about 3 to 6 working days within Europe and about 4 to 10 working days to other continents.

Who delivers the artwork?VivaArte.online works with selected shipping partners such as UPS, DHL and companies specializing in transporting art.

To which countries does VivaArte.online deliver?We deliver worldwide, i.e. to all countries that are reached by our suppliers.

How much does the transport of the artwork cost?We ship all works from an invoice amount of EUR 3,000 free of charge to the address of your choice, worldwide. For works up to an invoice amount of EUR 2,999, we only charge a small shipping fee of EUR 120 (worldwide). From an invoice amount of EUR 3,000, we will send your work to the address of your choice free of charge. Insurance included. Pop up shop For all works that are offered in the pop-up shop, we do not charge any shipping or insurance fees.

Is the artwork insured during transport?VivaArte.online insures the purchased work of art against all risks with one of the world's largest transport insurance companies. There are no additional costs for you.

returnsWe want you to enjoy your newly acquired work of art. However, should it happen that you want to return a work, VivaArte.online grants you a return period of 7 days. The beginning of the period is the day on which you receive the order. Returns must be reported to us by email in good time.

The work was delivered damaged, what should I do?"Contact us as soon as you discover any damage to the artwork. Photograph the work so you can show us the damage and we can make the best decision together. Depending on the extent of the damage, we can have the artwork restored or it will be returned and destroyed. In the case of a return, your payment will be refunded to you. Of course, VivaArte.online bears all costs incurred for restoration or return transport.

Who organizes the return transport of the work?VivaArte.online provides you with precise guidelines for packaging the work. The return order will be commissioned by VivaArte.online.

When will my payment be refunded?We will refund your payment as soon as the work has reached the artist undamaged.
